St. Mark’s Annual Whatever Week Arts Festival Falls Victim to a Shortage of Artists and Volunteers

 

 

It is with regret that I am informing you that there will be no St. Mark’s Annual Whatever Week Arts Festival this summer.

Unfortunately, we have not been able to rent enough booths to artists and there have not been enough individuals willing to volunteer to help with this event.  Although volunteers had been lined up since the end of the 2010 festival, by January many of those volunteers were no longer able to help with this year’s festival.

The festival is on a hiatus this year and I fully expect there to be a St. Mark’s Annual Whatever Week Arts Festival in 2012.
